Most orders are shipped within 3-7 business days (not including weekends) from the date of order. Please estimate about 7-10 days for delivery time from the date the order is released to UPS. Special items that require more processing time, due to personalization or handmade items, will be listed on the item information page. All merchandise will be efficiently delivered via United Parcel Service(UPS).

Some products maybe shipped directly from our manufacturer warehouse or from our fullfillment centers. Usually these are personalized or specialty items.

Be sure to enter all important information with regards to your shipping address such as Apartment numbers, or Suite number for business addresses delivery.

Chelsea Favors offers the following shipping options for delivery within the U.S. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories.

**For Hawaii and Alaska address, please add $12.00

If an item is listed as being backordered or out of stock, you can still preorder it online to reserve your stock. All backorders are filled on a first come first serve basis so we recommend orders be placed as soon as possible to ensure your order is filled immediately upon receipt of the merchandise. Place an order for the item as you normally would. Once we have the item in stock, we will ship the goods out to you. If there is a further delay, we will try to contact you to let you know.

At Chelsea Favors, we take pride in the quality of our merchandise and are dedicated in making your special event a success. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything within reason to accommodate your request.

For returns, please e-mail us at returns@chelseafavors.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will accept returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been personalized or decorated in any way. Please note that edible items, wedding cameras, candles and confectionery merchandise are not returnable. Shipping and any "Rush" fees are not refundable. Any items that are returnable are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will refund your payment less any shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer. For your own protection, please use a reputable shipping service such as UPS or FEDEX so that items can be tracked. Also, please be sure to have the items insured against damage. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged.

All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Chelsea Favors within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please e-mail us at customercare@chelseafavors.com or call us at 1-866-440-5177 to initiate a claim. Please note that Chelsea Favors is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier (UPS and Fedex). However, Chelsea Favors will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Absolutely no claims will be accepted after 7 days.

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of New York (7.375%). This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in New York. All other states and countries are tax-exempt and not charged tax by us.

Placing an order online is easy and convenient. Simply select the products you would like to purchase and place them in your shopping cart. When you have filled your shopping cart with all of your items that you wish to purchase, click on the View Cart link in the upper right hand corner. Verify that the items, quantities and any personalization that you see in your shopping cart are correct and what you would like to purchase. When you are finished shopping, select the "check out" feature to begin the checkout process. Once you have entered your shipping and billing information, submit your order and an Order Confirmation will be displayed on the screen. An e-mail will also be automaticallly sent to your e-mail address confirming your order.
